What is the ERGO GRIPS - Picatinny Handstop Polymer Black?

During competition or a tactical situation, you can’t afford to lose time fumbling to position your hand on the forearm, or, worse yet, have it slide off when racking a pump action shotgun. These ergonomically shaped handstops attach to a Picatinny rail forend to provide precise, tactile indexing of the support hand, so you keep your eyes on the target while mounting the weapon. Helps keep hand in position during recoil, too, for fast follow-up shots. Molded-polymer Snap-On stop snaps securely into a single rail slot. Rubber-coated SureStop protects the hand and resists snagging on other gear. Dual cross-bolts clamp the stop tightly to the rail for a solid, movement-free installation.


SPECS: Snap-On - Molded polymer, black. 1ј" (3.2cm) wide, Ѕ" (1.2cm) thick. Sold in 2-Pak. SureStop - Synthetic-rubber coated molded polymer, black. Steel cross-bolts, oxide finish, matte black. 1ј" long x 1ј" wide at base. Extends 1ѕ" (4.5cm) below rail.

Great for AR pistil
Since BATF in their infinite wisdom has decided that a vertical handgrip on an AR pistol is BAD and illegal this really helps for locating the hand in the correct position to hit the pressure pad for the laser and also provides a measure of safety by making sure your hand doesn't go too far forward. I just ordered 5 more.

Excellent
I use this on my AR15. This grip is the most comfortable I have come across. Works similar to Magpull's angle grip but allows you apply a more positive rearward force to the weapon and pull it into your body better. Its also harder to tilt/cant the rifle with this than traditional vertical fore grips making for more accurate shooting.
