BRAVO COMPANY - MOD-2 Gunfighter Grip Polymer Black

I’ve tried other brands and have come to the realization that this (pistol, carbine and rifle) grip best fits my medium-sized hand… this is (probably) NOT your grip if you have sausage-sized fingers! Yes, I’m so impressed with this grip (texture, angle and storage) that I am using this grip on my 5”, 7.5” and 16” 300 Blackout builds, and my 7.5” and 16” 5.56 Springfield Armory Saints.

After trying four other designs, I finally sprang for the Mod 2, and I'm glad I did. Sporting a shallow grip angle that puts less stress on the wrist (especially if you "square up" to the rifle), the Mod 2 is unique in its approach to the interchangeable backstrap concept, giving you three options for the gap spacer at the top rather than for the palmswell at the bottom. This gives you the freedom to posture your shooting grip without messing with the rest of the piece, unlike the full-backstrap replacements on the Magpul MIAD. Along the same lines, you can replace the front piece with a "duckbill" to fill the gap left by many trigger guards. Aggressive textures on the front and sides provide excellent traction, while the back is left smooth to give your hand more freedom to work the safety. A flush-fitting, hinging rubber cap seals off the interior for battery or oil storage. The grip only has a few downsides. A subjective one is that its overall profile is a little on the fat side compared to some popular competitors, so those who prefer a trim or streamlined grip may be a bit put off. (The Mod 0 and Mod 1 are supposedly narrower, but lack the backstrap system.) Another is that the smooth back, while freeing, lends almost no traction when supporting the rifle one-handed, though the textures elsewhere mostly make up for this. Finally, the high-mounted interchangeable pieces naturally require that the grip be at least part-way removed to swap them. If you don't mind these minor flaws, however, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better grip for your carbine.
