Wilson Combat super sniper 6.5 CM 24"
The info in the description has an error. It says the gas block diameter is .750" and I ordered a gas block accordingly. I upon arrival it was obvious it did not fit. I went to wilson combats websight and found it to be .875". Brownells took care of my return. mistakes happen. Just order accordingly so you do not have to jump through hoops.

Outstanding 6.5 CM Barrel
I built my first large scale AR using this barrel. It easily installed in an Aero M5 kit and I could not be happier. So far I have shot about 300 rounds ranging from factory cartridges like Magpul 140 FMJ to ELDs (120 and 140) and Federal 140 LE (yes they are rare) to about 200 round of various hand loads through it with bullets ranging from 142 SMKs to 119 grain Lehigh solid copper match all with zero problems or malfunctions. It is a barrel that if you develop the right load you can easily and quickly get under .5 MOA with. I got it with the 142 SMK with 38.5 grains Varget and COAL about 1.817 inches. I can't explain the bad review. I had none of the issues with extraction mentioned whatsoever. It's a great barrel.

Nice piece for your build.
I originally planned to use a 6mm Creedmoore barrel for my 1st AR 10 build, but couldn't find any thing affordable in that caliber. This Wilson Combat barrel came available so I switched plans. I have completed the build but have only fired 10 break in rounds through it using components to load some rounds from what I had available, none of which are first choice for the 6,5 Creed. The last three 123 gr SST's made a 1/2 inch clover leaf at 50 yards. Still looking for components to put together some better rounds. This barrel is a nice piece, but 24 inch barrel has turned this AR 10 into a very big rifle.

Look for another barrel
If you are looking for a barrel that you can use for your platform and is immediately ready to go then I would look for another option. I am good with a tight chamber, but rounds are still needed some help getting our of the chamber after using a small base full length resizing die. I did reach out to Wilson Combat and they were no help in their canned response. They said I could send it back to them using their return process, but their chambers are cut to SAMI spec and they wouldn't offer any other support. I have built AR-15s and they all have their quirks in the build typically, but this is very painful. Would not recommend this barrel at this point.
