Solid AR-22 Barrel for dedicated Upper for quick swap AR=15 NATO uppper
Pretty good barrel for AR-22LR conversion. Works so much better with the 1:16 twist and venting the gases out through the muzzle instead of going through my AR-15 gas system, star chamber, BCG chamber, and buffer tube. Barrel gets pretty dirty but that's a good thing compared to level of cleaning I needed to do with my AR-15. A dedicated AR-22 upper is awesome..and much cheaper to shoot. Th .22LR is supposed to be accurate to around 150yds but haven't tried that yet. The .22LR 40gr has a muzzle velocity of around 1800fps which is similar to a 9mm 115gr but has less mass and energy.

Bought this for my Ciener 22 conversion
Just got this and used it with my Ciener, Inc. .22lr conversion kit I bought years ago. I wanted it for a dedicated AR pistol and wanted to eliminate the gas blowing back into the receiver you get with a standard AR upper you get when using a suppressor. So far everything I've run through it is subsonic with such a short barrel. I've only put a couple hundred round through it but so fat it's working great.
