Does the job - exactly as advertised!
I have it on a Mossberg with Magpul stock and appropriate adapter for this Limbsaver pad. It was a noticeable reduction in the recoil. Will buy again!

Great recoil pad - no more bruises!
Picked this up for my 870 Express, and it's fantastic. My shoulder used to get bruised up after a few 3" slugs, but after putting this on I shot a few boxes and didn't feel anything. Trap is also easier; can shoot all day and not feel it the next morning.

Fit 870 Police Synthetic Stock Perfectly
I bought a used 870P synthetic stock and mounted this pad. It works very well and really tames the gun. The fit was perfect. If you lightly lube the screws, they turn in much easier.

Not As Advertised
This recoil pad did not come close to fitting the Remington 700 synthetic stock that it was advertised to fit. Limbsaver customer service blamed this on Remington's use of "seven or eight different sub-contractors to produce their stocks". It would appear that odds are likely the product will not fit as advertised.
