Easy installation, flawless operation.
This is the best mag extension for the Glock 43, and at a reasonable price. Adds two rounds, and gives you someplace to rest that pinky. I recommend getting a floorplate removal tool; I got an inexpensive one from Otis that works great.

Great Product
Best bang for the money on a +2 extension with springs. Installation was easy and it looks OEM. The base towards the rear tapers more than I like, but I can get use to it.

Works great, good feel
Quite simply, it works. I have bought and tried several +1 and +2 mag extensions. This is my favorite +2 so far (I have 3 different ones including TTI). Despite the back being squared off, I really like the feel of this on in the hand compared to the rest.
