Works well for me
I bought one of these for my MK I. It fit without any modification. I tried it and it functioned the way it was supposed to. I also tried it on my MK II and my 35 year old Ruger standard. It worked on all 3 models. I thought I would have change the side button but it was not necessary. It worked right out of the box.

Follower button could not be swapped
Bought one of these for my pre A-100 pistol and had no problem switching the follower button to the right side, but the last two I purchased the button could not be removed. Ive tried every tool in my bag to get it out, but Im afraid to put any more pressure on it. Pretty sure I would break the little pin that inserts into the follower. Not useful for early model pistols.

Fails
I bought three of these for my Mark I and none of them will feed properly. The bullets will jam into the barrel.
