trigger received not as pictured
so the trigger that i got doesnt look like the one in the picture (the design of the cutouts is different, and i liked the look of the one pictured on the website better) but whatever... took some fitting of course, like most 1911 parts. for me, it needed some of the back of the trigger bar taken down in order to get the grip safety to engage(off the top edge, the angle wasnt right), as well as some minor fitting for the trigger channel.

Trigger bow, weak, crooked.
Took me awhile to understand what was happening here, the nose of the trigger bow is way to narrow. Right at trigger break, things felt like a gi trigger. It was the trigger bow, the bow itself was a bit off center, and very thin compared to others. Its just flimsy, and weak. The trigger shoe part is ok, on the small side, I like oversized myself and file to fit, getting hard to find triggers like that anymore, everyone wants drop ins. I highly do not recommend this trigger...

Run away!
I rebuild 1911s. A client wanted this trigger so I got one. Not only was the bow and shoe out of alignment, the bow itself was too long. I put the trigger on a Bownells trigger anvil and the defects were obvious. You can straighten a crooked shoe but there's not much you can do to make a bow shorter. After tweaking it on the anvil, I had to shorten the firing pin lever (series 80) to keep the stirrup at 90 degrees to the bow and make this work. Not a good solution and in discussing it with the client we opted for a full series 70 conversion just to be safe. Maybe we got a bad one and maybe this has never happened before but...it won't happen to me again.

Run away
So...this isn't a Wilson Combat or DLASK custom trigger but I did expect better than what this is. First, the stirrup seems to be just jammed into the trigger shoe. Second, it's just poorly finished with tool marks and possibly paint unevenly applied. It specs out slightly smaller and shorter than similar OEM and upper end triggers, meaning there's not enough material to make a precise fit for a match gun (it's just sloppy). See the pics for the item I received and returned. If you're looking for an economical match grade trigger, run, don't walk, away from this.
