What is the TRUGLO - S&W M&P/SD9/SD40 TFX Pro Sight Set?

The TFX Pro Night Sights are constructed with duty or military use in mind. These sights feature both a Tritium vial for constant illumination, as well as fiber optic rods that amplify ambient light. Not only do these sights have both Tritum vials and fiber optics, but they are hermetically sealed in a redesigned TFX capsule, that provides superior protection against oils, chemicals and cleaning solvents. No more worrying about damaging your sights when cleaning! Front Sight features an orange outline, providing a contrast in colors and faster target acquisition. Rear sights features a U-notch design and angled front face for emergency slide racking. Sight bodies are CNC machined steel and have a Truglo “fortress” finish. TFX Pro Sights sets are Made in the USA, using Swiss Tritium.

Good all around sights

I wanted a good set of night sights. These are good at that, but also nice day sights due to the fiber optic. I like the Hi-Viz front sight. Install was a bear but the M&P 2.0 is known for that. Took quite a while to slowly file a bit, check....repeat. The front was much easier than the rear. Good sight picture, easy to pick up the front sight. At night they are definitely visible. Very happy with this purchase.

Use this on my M&p Pro 9 and on my shield , fast pick up in any light condition , a little gunsmiting required due to very tight tolerance just a little back and forth on some 80 grid sandpaper on the bottom and they go right in , dont force them, just an advice
