What is the TRUGLO - Brite-Site Fiber Optic S&W M&P sight set?

High quality sight systems offer exceptional brightness in a low profile configuration that won’t hang up in your holster or slow you down. CNC machined, steel construction provides superior durability for combat or competition. Dovetailed rear with set screw (except Sure-Sight) and screw-on front sight makes replacement of Glock®factory sights fast and simple. All sights, except Sure-Sight, match factory sight height. Fiber optic rods produce a brilliant shine in bright and low light conditions without battery power. Contrasting green rear and orange front ensures fast sight recognition and alignment. Rear sight features two individual fibers for maximum surface area to collect ambient light. Rods are recessed and fully protected in the sight channels to survive the toughest blows and remain hidden from your target.

TruGlo Sights
The sights were installed on my S&W MP Shield .45 pistol. My accuracy has improved considerably & the sights look great on my pistol. I am able to use the same holsters that I used prior to installing the new sights. I would highly recommend the TruGlo sights to anyone wanting to improve their accuracy.

Perfect
Some filing but not to difficult to fit. First day at the range I felt like I was just pointing at the steel and watching it fall. These are on an old Police turn in M&P with all of the paint gone from the front sight. These light up amazingly well on a cloudy day, imagine direct sunlight. The red front green back make sight alignment second nature.

Better than factory.
Better than factory. Well made. Use a sight pusher to install them like I did, don't recommend using a punch or drift and hammer like the video's people are showing on the internet or have them installed by a professional gunsmith.

Good, but could be better
They do great in day but struggle more than other options in low light. The fiber optic is mostly encased so they don't get near as bright as other options. That may make them tougher, but the competition gets much brighter. I will keep them, but if I had to do it over I would use someone else's product.
