Standard Dealers have not yet agreed to perform FFL transfers on guns purchased online from Brownells. If you choose a Standard Dealer, you are responsible for contacting that dealer and arranging for the dealer to submit a signed copy of an FFL and to give Brownells permission to ship the gun.

Exactly as advertised
Plunger fit exactly as it should have. No fitting or fuss required. Just slip it in the plunder opening on top of the spring.
Does not fit
Giving 3 stars due to it is extremely well made. Excellent part, however it does not fit my ruger new model blackhawk .357. The old hammer plunger I pulled out, which is sheared in half, does not match length or the notch. After looking at the hammer replacement offered through brownells, the plunger pin on the hammer sits higher then on the hammer from my gun. I'm honestly wondering if ruger redesigned the hammer plunger placement on current models. As it sits, the new plunger reaches almost to the bottom of the hammer, therefore instead of sitting on the cylinder latch, it rides on the side, not allowing the hammer to be cokes correctly.
