What is the NOWLIN - 9mm Ramped, 5"?

The easiest way to install the superb performance of Nowlin's ECM Match-Grade Barrels in your 1911 Auto. Barrel Kit comes complete with a pre-fitted, stainless steel bushing, barrel link and pin with little-to-no fitting required for installation. Barrels feature pre-fitted hood, top lugs and bottom feet that give a very close fit for increased accuracy in most 1911 Autos. Includes factory-standard link and hardened, oversize pin.

Great fit
Installed this barrel in an STI Eagle. Took some light massage to get to fit. Mostly the bushing to slide. The rest fits very tight. Put one in your gun and you won't be disappointed.

9mm build
Can't comment on ease of installation as a gunsmith installed it but this is a great barrel. Accuracy has been excellent. Was put in a new build and I'm very happy so far(about 1000 rounds in). Great product and a fair price considering the accuracy.

Cut group size in half
Dropped right in to my import 9mm 1911 (Citadel). My group size was cut in half @ 25 yards. It will shoot well under 2" at that distance (shoots better than I can). Highly recommended, I'm going to try another one on my 1911 in 45 ACP. No problems at all with this product, performed much better than expected.
