Poor design

Although the description claims to be "adjustable for different size belts", it really isn't. You can fit an 1.5" belt or smaller, but it's going to be a real pain to put it on and take it off. You have to thread your belt between three hard plastic loops with little clearance in between. And this is NOT for a police duty belt, which is what I intended it for (since description says 'adjustable...'). I picture of the back of it would have been very helpful in my deciding not to purchase this product. I would send it back but it would cost more in shipping than item is worth.
