Great idea, poor implementation
These worked well for the first two weeks, and I ran the phones with the Bluetooth to get immediate feedback during training. Then the battery ran down. When I pushed the soft Bluetooth switch to turn Bluetooth on for my next range session, I got no blue flash, instead the switch dropped into the earmuff, There is no way to fix or retrieve the switch, so the Bluetooth capability is lost. I called Walkers and waited for 2 hours to talk to an agent, then was told they would replace the phones for 1 1/2 times what I paid for them initially. There was no offer to repair them. I am very disappointed.
