Safariland Comp III Speed Loader L-frame
These are the best speed loaders I have ever used. Others work good but the way these rocket your rounds into the cylinder is really great. At this price get one and give it a try. You will become a believer!

Speed Loading
Almost as fast as moon clips and a lot easier to load. I have 12 speed loaders, 3 different types and I use these J-K2S's all the time. Much faster.

Get this over the Comp 2 for Competition
I recommend the HKS to most people because it's easier to load and seems to be more robust. Having said that, if you're looking for a speedloader specifically for competition use (ie, super fast reloads), this is probably a better choice. Definitely get this over the Comp 2 for this purpose-- the Comp III has a better gripping area.

Bought it but not good
I use Range and Bed Blocks and this does not like to pick up the rounds from them. I'll stick with the HKS loaders I currently have. This loader requires too many steps: place rounds in the device while held upright, hold while finding something to press against, press, turn, click, then put in cylinder. Way too much work. Might be useful if you have a bunch that are preloaded like magazines, but not my cup of tea.
