Units appear hit or miss on reliability
A look at the LockDown Hygrometer. Shows your Min and max temp along with humidity. The remote goes in area your looking to monitor temp/humidity. There are magnets on the back of the monitor unit but they aren’t very strong. There are slots for wall mounting on a screw head. Both the monitor and remote have clear screens. The backlight on the monitor lights up with the touch of the screen. After 24 hours of use the remote seems to disconnect from the monitor. Noticing if I place the remote in a cold area the temperature actually increases before eventually stabilizing and dropping over an extended period. Checked out some other reviews and others had mixed experiences. Appears I got a troublesome unit.
