Great product and service
Bought this as a christmas present for a family member who is an ex marine and regular shooter. He had requested a basic hard case for range use. This seemed like a significant step up for a very reasonable price especially with Brownell's guaranteed for life program. Unfortunately the case took several days longer than I had originally anticipated to ship due to fraud protection issues with Brownells ordering system that required me to confirm my info a few days after the purchase was made. I spoke with a rep. on the phone who upgraded the shipping at no cost to make sure I received it in time for christmas. The case is sturdy and the locks seem great compared to the SKB cases I have used in the past. My brother in law loved his christmas present which is all that really mattered to us. I have purchased several items from Brownells in the past but the service follow up with this purchased has earned them a customer for life. In short we are very happy with the product and the service from Brownells.
