What is the REMINGTON - 22 Long Rifle 40gr Copper Plated Round Nose 100/Box?

Remington’s big selection of high-quality rimfire ammo has a load for nearly every application, - small-game hunting, target shooting, plinking. This versatile line includes the joint-production Remington and Eley Ltd. Competition Rimfire Target Rifle ammunition, which features a graphite-coated antimony lead alloy bullet for the serious rimfire competitor. Other loads offer a variety of copper-plated, brass-plated (BP) or plain lead bullets, both hollowpoints and round nose.

Money well spent!!!!!
These rounds shoot good, bought 300 rounds and no misfires. Shooting in my Bravo conversion kit, M&P-15 and then shoot about 8moa lower @50 yards than the 223.

Long history
I have shot these in several of my guns for, I guess about forty years. I know my old Marlin loves these things and will put 10 shots touching each other in one ragged hole an 50 yards. It shoots well in just about all of them but not as good as the Marlin. Economical and available just about all the time. I've bought buckets of these things and will buy more in the future. Unless you are shooting benchrest, these are worth a try and better than not shooting when the well runs dry. Buy a bunch and you'll always have decent fuel for your 22.
