What is the BLUE WONDER - Blue Removal System?

Two-part system removes old bluing fast, leaving the metal surface clean, prepped, and ready for conventional re-bluing or application of the Blue Wonder blue or black system. Just apply remover, using the included brush for hard-to-reach areas, let stand 4-5 minutes, then rinse with warm water and apply the stabilizer. Produces a chemically clean, bare metal surface in minutes. Remover contains a mild acid that may harm some stock finishes.

SPECS: 4 fl. oz. (118 ml) flip-top plastic bottles. Brush – Polymer handle, nylon bristles.

Great stuff
Where was this product 10 years ago? Previously wire wheels, diluted Muriaticacid, polishing compounds and ALOT OF LABOR to remove the bluing. BLUE WONDER blue remover works in about 10 minutes, if you miss a spot reapply (the spot) wait another 10 minutes. Apply the neutralizer and begin your refinishing.

not too good
tried this one a shotgun i was restoring for a friend. followed the instructions to the T and did not notice a difference, tried it 5 times no change in factory bluing/finish.
