It is great for removing "COPPER" quick and easy. It is also the best product for removing Carbon only there is nothing easy about. Soak the barrel with copper killer and scrub with a good brass brush 30 strokes and reapply and repeat until carbon is gone.

Use this in the shop to clean bores on guns that people bring in complaining about accuracy, you would be surprised at the amount of copper in some bores. I use a bore scope and take pictures of before and after cleaning, show the customer the photo's, most customers, that was my barrel!!! I collect old military guns and use this to clean the bores on them, works great even on copper fouling that has been in the bores for decades. Great stuff once you get past the smell.

This stuff works great, 20oz should last you several years. Use pippets so you don't waste any to put on cotten patches. I'd recommend over some other copper removers. Careful odor is very powerful.

I have used this product to remove copper in barrels and brass plating that was not wanted anymore. It works great to remove copper or brass.
