The iGaging Digital Depth Gauge is designed specifically to handle this task, offering the versatility to accurately measure any slotted cut with an accuracy of up to 0.001 of an inch. Impressively, this depth-measuring tool can gauge slots, grooves and steps measuring up to 22 inches deep, all with a resolution of 0.0005 of an inch. All measurements are displayed on a wide LCD display for easy viewing, and measurements can be read in inches, fractionals or metric. Each tool also includes an indicator gauge that meets all AGD and federal accuracy standards, and the gauge can be placed on either the side of the center of the base.
