Mine has been working great for years. Small modifications help.
I used a chamber tool to ream out the hole in primer plate. Helps primers go down the tube. Also did the same to the black plastic hole in primer tube. I purchased mine when this first came out.. Maybe almost a decade ago? Never had issues. It replaced my Dillon automated primer feeder. I hated that thing.

Works Great But...
For the money I feel this is the best price primer tube loader on the market. Oh sure you can purchase a $300.00 Dillon, yea no thank you. It took a bit to get use to this little gadget's idiosyncrasies but once I did the primers just fell in place. I use it all of the time and I'm very happy with the purchase.
Not perfect but for the most part works OK
I've had this automatic primer tube filler for over 15 years now....and while not perfect, it does save me time in the end. You have to find a "sweet spot" to maneuver the pistol grip at just the right angle so the primers are not falling into the priming tube from the tray too quickly and if a primer enters the tube in the wrong orientation, the unit will hang up and you have to shake it a bit. I do on occasion get a primer in my Dillon primer plate upside down, maybe 1 or 2 out of a hundred at times. So for some people it might not be worth the hassle and not acceptable....I just don't have the patience to use the pick-up tube to manually pick up each primer. Note that I have only used this on small primers, not large. It's also possible that FA changed the design a little over the years, but not sure on that.

Will NOT feed large pistol primers!
First, let me say, I LIKE Frankford Arsenal products. That said, I do NOT like this product. This unit simply will not feed large pistol primers. (I use Federal primers) It does a pretty good job feeding small pistol primers, but the LP primers continually keep getting hung up through the LP port. I called F.A., and they were very kind to immediately send me a different primer tray, but that did not work any better. I tried "adjusting" the first tray, first with a Dremel, then by drilling it out slightly (about 1/64th") larger, and a few primers slipped in, but no more. The problem seems to be that in either of the trays, the primer drops into the primer port at a slight angle, then won't go any further. Since I compete primarily with .45 acp and .44 mag (target loads), this makes the product largely useless. (It works pretty well on small pistol primers, tho. Bottom line: I would not recommend this product to anyone using large pistol primers. No, I did not receive this as a gift or for any compensation. I spent my own hard-earned money for this.
Broke after one use
This is an expensive toy that didnt work all that well during the 3 or 4 minutes it actually vibrated. I managed to fill 2 primer tubes in that time, not the 15 seconds advertised per tube. And YES, I did check the batteries. It just stopped vibrating! Tossed it in the trash where it probably came from in the first place. Save your money and if you must have a device of this type, find one with decent reviews.
