When you install the plate, use 4 screws that can countersink in the corner mounting hokes. The tool mounting holes are labeled.For example. The case trimmer has three screws to mount. Set trimmer on the plate and it will line up with the “A” holes. You may wonder if the bolts will hold the press. the plate distributes the force of operating the press. The plate Is plenty stable to secure the press. I use a heavy rcbs 6 turret press and have a powder stand mounted on the plate beside the press. I can torque my press until the whole table moves. The plate ain’t going anywhere. All the holes are labeled for the tool it’s made for. if something isn’t lining up (looking at you bob) operator error may be to blame. It has holes for several presses, lube o matic, powder stand, trimmer pro etc. it really helps de clutter your workspace.

The plate is aluminum, bolts are too short to hold a press and holes aren't necessarily aligned with even other RCBS equipment. Pulled bolts out while using a single stage press to prime some brass. Better off drilling through the workbench for a solid base or drilling through the plate and through workbench if you want more stability.
