WORKS WELL
Because of powder shortages I bought a powder that became available that I had never used before (VIHT-N350). I use a Hornady Powder Measure (which is excellent) for all my powder measuring when it comes to loading pistol rounds. This powder is a small stick powder which did not meter well with the Hornady Measure. The problem was that the Hornady Measure was always jamming because it was cutting the powder. I read where the Lee Powder Measure does not cut powders and bought it to use with this powder. So far the Lee Measure has been great for me when using this powder. I do recommend it for stick powders.

Works perfect on most powders, wide charge im loadin 4.0gr 9mm and 30-06 with 52gr, only adjust the knob and there you go, also very accurate, i dont tap, knock the body, there is when you get diferent measures. smooth, no lick, a must have. greeting from Argentina
This is a great measure
This measure is great. it has a shut off so you can just twist the drum, throw the rest of the powder then empty the drum, no spills. Mine throws consistently +/- 0.1, it is more accurate than my chargemaster. Also, I cut the solid stop away to make it more accurate. By doing it, it allows the drum to completely close so powder doesnt bridge. But word of warning - cutting the stop away renders the measure unusable on a progressive press, but I dont have one, so not an issue for me. I bought one for my dad as well and his leaked at first, but i took it apart, washed it with soap and water, let it dry and coated the inside parts with powder graphite, no more leaks.
Very Happy with it
I got this on a recommendation. I am a very space constrained reloader, before this I just weighed every charge individually. This is accurate enough that it is measuring my 2.9gn loads to 0.1gn accuracy. The only cons I have are that it does leak powder a bit and I found the controls really sensitive / fiddly. But once you dial it in, it's great. I was pleasantly surprised how small this is. A good solution for those of us reloading on the table without a dedicated space.

Having collected a wide assortment of Powder Dispensers, over 50 years of loading my own, I was delighted with the Lee Perfect Powder Measure. It's much better than it looks, and it throws within a tenth of a grain with most rifle powders. I have been using a Belding & Mull drop tube measure for many years, until I started using the Lee. The Lee is the equal of the Belding & Mull, and a bit more consistent with extruded powders. There is no powder grain cutting with the Lee, which is huge when using IMR, and other extruded powders. The Lee is all plastic, and ballistic polymer construction, which enables it's low price, and makes for improved function over metal Culver, and Drop Tube Measures. The Elastic Powder Sweep, within the main drum, eliminates grain cutting, and jamming, which creates variations in volume drops. The Lee Perfect Powder Measure is a huge value surprise, and I've been using it exclusively for my 300 yard F Class League, with excellent scores. The threaded adjustment rod, is a bit funky, if I need to move it a long way within it's travel path, but once set, it never moves. Given the price, it's a true bargain.
