Bought 300 cases of same lot (7mm Magnum) preparing for long range shoot. I fully prep all my cases (fireform, trim, deburr, neck size & turn and uniform primer pockets) so this review may not be relational to an out-of-the-box handloader. That said, these cases were very consistent and required only the most minor of effort to bring into match grade tolerances. I found only 2 cases out of the 300 that had issues and a call to hornady to mention the error (obviously a die had broken and these two cases had slipped by QC with misplaced belts, 7mm mags are belted magnums) the tech was very gracious and friendly sending out 5 replacements immediately! The shoot went very well with a cold bore shot on the last day at 1760yds (1mile) resulting in a dead nuts elevation and 6" off bullseye windage shot! Have loaded these 3 times now and no sign of needing annealing yet, even with turned necks. Very pleased with brass quality and consistency! My feeling is that if you start with good quality brass and good factory consistency, the rest is up to you! These cases were above expectation and rival others costing 1.5 to 2 times as much! Buy with confidence!
