What is the STARLINE, INC - 45 Auto Rim Brass 100/Bag?

The .45 Auto Rim has an extra thick rim that allows it to be used without a moon clip in revolvers designed for .45 Auto/moon clip combination. It is built with the same integrity as Starlines 45 Colt case. THIS CASE WILL NOT WORK IN SINGLE ACTION REVOLVERS CHAMBERED FOR .45 AUTO.

This is really great quality brass! I like the option of loading auto-rim brass for my S&W Brazilian revolver. this stuff is great!

Had high hopes, but.. 45 auto rim brass
Received the auto rim brass, and did some checking to see how the cases would work in my 45ACP/45 colt Ruger Blackhawk, but the rim is too thick, and then I tested it in my 45 ACP smith Wesson model 625, and going the rims are too narrow for reliable extraction. So these 45 Auto Rim brass is a 1 star for me. Glad I didn't buy more.
