What is the FLITZ - TUMBLER/MEDIA ADDITIVE?

FLITZ TUMBLER/ MEDIA ADDITIVE

Removes oxidation, tarnish, lead buildup, fingerprints, and other contaminants to leave brass, nickel, and just about any metal bright and shiny. Combine with corn cob, walnut shells, or other media to cut tumbling time in half compared to using media alone. Ecologically safe and contains no ammonia, so it won't damage primers or make brass brittle (no ammonia smell, either). 7.6 fl. oz. Bottle.

Works well with a clean polish
Just started using this. Have used Rooster in the past. Both give a nice polished finish to brass cleaned in my tumbler with corn cob media. Only some necks are not cleaned sufficiently due to the burned on powder residue from my AR platforms. Overall I would recommend this product.

Added about 1 1/2 oz to a few pounds of well used walnut media in a Lyman Turbo 1200. Ran 40 cases of dirty 308 cases for about one hour & they came out looking like new brass.

The walnut media additive
1. Flitz shines brass faster than any other product I've used. Heavily tarnished 1980s Korea 308 brass was clean in an hour 2. Dissolves into walnut media quickly without clumping or sticking 3. Does help reduce dust to a certain degree
