Great for Beginners and Seasoned Reloaders
I was excited to finally get a tumbler. I previously was hand washing and air drying my brass. I chose Frankford Arsenal because they are high quality with a great reputation and they offered the media separator. It is quick and easy to separate the brass from the media. Simple and easy to use, it is much better than hand sorting the brass from the media. No matter what your goals for reloading are, this is a great option to suit your needs. Clean cases are important to protect your reloading dies.
The tumbler works great! It was easy to put everything together. The left is a polished case and the right is dirty. That was just an hour tumbling. I had over 150 .308 Win cases in that batch. I was using treated walnut (also from Frankford Arsenal), so not the shiniest brass, but you can absolutely tell it is clean and ready for reloading (apparently straight walnut cleans better than straight corn cob, while corn polishes better).
I am incredibly satisfied with it. I would get this again (but know I won't need to). I Will go back to Frankford Arsenal for my case cleaning needs.
