Very consistent
Doesn't rely on case length so it's much easier to setup and it's more consistent. I have been using this on every piece of brass for over 5 years. The pilot stop just centers the tool in the neck. It doesn't need to limit how far it enters. Just adjust the pilot so the brass fits over the first step so it stays centered. It has come in very handy when removing large burrs from military brass so I can swag the crimp out of the primer pocket. If the burr is not removed it gets pressed into the flash hole often plugging it.
