DILLON PRECISION PRODUCTS INC. - CV-2001 Vibratory Case Cleaner

DILLON PRECISION CV-2001 VIBRATORY CASE CLEANER

Dillon's CV2001 Vibratory Case Cleaner is the big brother to the CV750. The largest case cleaner in the industry, it features a 8.5 quart bowl capacity allowing you to polish up to 1,300 .38/.357 or 550 .30-06 cases per hour. Not only is DP’s capacity greater, but their motor is larger, has more horse power, is internally cooled, thermally protected, and turns on precision ball bearings. This is no “hobby” machine!

The bowl and base are constructed of 7/32” thick injection molded high-strength polypropylene which is impact and abrasion resistant. All the electrical/electronic components of the CV-2001 are covered by a five-year warranty from date of purchase. This unit is designed for dry media only. Use of water or wet media will void the warranty.

A quality case cleaner is an essential tool for reloaders because it removes powder fouling and debris from fired brass before it enters the reloading process. Clean brass makes it easier to identify damaged cases, such as splits or cracks that could otherwise go unnoticed, helping improve both safety and reliability. Removing residue also prevents dirt and powder fouling from building up in reloading dies, resulting in smoother operation and less effort during sizing and case handling. Beyond performance benefits, clean brass is more pleasant to work with, keeps hands and equipment cleaner, and produces finished ammunition with a polished, professional appearance that reflects the care and attention put into every handload.
