SINCLAIR RIMFIRE GUIDES FOR 22 LONG RIFLE Reviews & Ratings

We have a large assortment of rod guides that we make for popular target/varmint rimfire rifles and are constantly adding more models to our selection. Rimfire guides can’t have an O-ring due to the dimensions we are working with. Making rod guides to allow you to clean from the breech on rimfires is a little more complex due to the ejectors and trigger parts that are in the way. All of our rimfire rod guides will accept our Sinclair Solvent Ports, except for the Anschutz Model 54 guide. Does not include integral solvent port.

Great product

Great product I use it when I clean my rifle. Make the job easy while protecting the lands

Necessary tool for cleaning rifles

Sinclair bore guide prevents damage to the chamber and rifling just in front of chamber. A necessity for rifles shot and cleaned frequently. Easy to use and protects chamber/rifling.

Works like a charm

I bought this to see if it would fit my Remington model 510 Targetmaster after talking to a representative from Brownell's. It fits perfectly, slips right into the space available, and works great. And as usual, customer service at Brownell's was awesome. The rep looked up both the model 504 and 510 to compare their designs, and was very honest and helpful. Another great buy from Brownell's/Sinclair.

Works fine with CZ455

I wasn't sure if this product will be useful on a CZ455 due to the protruding ejector that can scratch your stainless steel rod. Given several forums discussion, I went anyway purchasing it. On my CZ455 .22lr, I use this bore guide along with a .17mm rod. It works perfectly.

Works, but could be better

Works fine on my CZ452 varmint using a .17 cal. Dewie coated rod & using a thread adapter & a .22 cal. jag or brush. But, I have to hold the guide from comming out when I pull the rod out, but, I can live with that.

REALLY DISSAPONTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rod guide is so tight in the action that I cannot get it seated against the breech. The bottom is completely open, so that it can clear the fixed portion of the feed ramp. This would allow solvent to run into the magazine well and stock. The "protection" provided for the chamber against "cleaning rod damage" is completely offset by the fact I HAD TO BEAT IT OUT OF THE ACTION WITH A BRASS DRIFT.
