STALWART WOODEN LOADING BLOCKS

STALWART WOODEN LOADING BLOCKS Reviews & Ratings

Reloaders who prefer a traditional hardwood block can use our wooden loading blocks which have the same machined fit as our “Poly” blocks. Each block is machined from select hardwood and has 50 holes (except for #LB-9, which has 32 holes). Finger grooves are machined into the sides for a sure grip. See chart for ordering information.

.338LM Reloading Block
Confirming; wood block was cut on CNC Vertical Boring Mill, holes are perfect, & accurately spaced with flat bottoms

Perfect for 6.5 Grendel & 6mm ARC
Fits my 6.5 Grendel cartridges perfectly and would also be great for the 6 mm arc. Its made of nice wood and has a good weight to it so it doesnt slide around on the bench. Holes are cleanly drilled and well spaced. I would definitely buy another one.

Close to perfect
I already have plastic loading blocks for 9mm and 45acp. Everything seems to be made of plastic today. These wooden blocks are almost perfect. I bought some self-adhesive felt, cut to size and put it on the bottoms of the trays. They no longer slide around and fall on the floor. NOW, they are perfect.

Makes Reloading Easier
Nicely constructed and once finished with an oil finish these loading blocks are a pleasure to use. The spacing is comfortable for this old guy with big fingers too. The spacing between positions lends itself to convenient replacing of cartridges being held in multiples for throwing powder charges. The depth of the holes are just right for supporting the powder charged cases.

Better than plastic!
I saw these blocks, and suggested them to some folks looking for wooden blocks and... thought... hey try 'em out m'self! So I did. Question: Are they worth ten bucks? Answer: They are more worth ten bucks than many of the items priced at ten bucks, and only worth 50 cents. I lot of work went into these blocks. Nicely made, nicely finished. MORE COMPACT and able to fit under my powder measure stand more easily. MTM block struggles to get "3 rows", while these blocks do "4 rows" (in 44m/45C variety at least). I like the wood... smells nice. The finish is perfectly usable out of the box, but also perfectly asking to get a bit of oil or stained "wood finish" for a more used, antiqued look, if that's you're taste. These would make a great block at the range to hold ammo in for 5 shot strings... especially if you gave 'em the old "antique" finish. ZERO complaints

EXCELLENT - YOU NEED THESE
I purchased the belted magnum blocks - .308 & .222 brass fit in nicely. This brought order to the chaos of my reloading room.

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT
HIGH QUALITY, EASY TO USE, FITS SHELLS FANTASTICALLY AND IS HEAVY ENOUGH TO GIVE STABILITY. SHIFTING PLASTIC LOADING BLOCKS WERE A PAIN. MAKES THIS PART OF RELOADING FUN AGAIN. THANKS
