The SIG Sauer P365 is one of the most-popular concealed-carry guns on the market today, thanks to its increased magazine capacity in a micro-compact frame. However, some consumers have asked for a variant with increased capacity and a slightly longer barrel, leading to the release of the SIG Sauer P365XL. Each SIG Sauer P365XL features a lengthened slide, barrel and grip, which allows the gun to use a 12-round, flush-fit magazine rather than the extended 12-round magazine found on the original P365. The longer barrel also aids in aiming, thanks to the increased sight radius.

Nice pistol for CCW

I only have 150 rounds through this with no problems whatsoever. No problems with failure to go into battery. The trigger was a bit on the gritty side so I tore the trigger group apart and went to work polishing. It now has no grittiness at all. It dropped the pull down to 3 1/2 pounds. The size of this gun is great for carry! I got a cheap Amberide IWB from Amazon and it works great, with no printing at all when carrying Appendix. My one complaint with this gun is the mag release. It contours with the grip and has no texture at all. You have to totally change your grip to dump the mag. I bought a Vuurwapen pyramid extended release and it works very well! I have big hands with long hands and this gun just fits like a glove! It is soft shooting as well. I am very happy with it.

Sig 365 XL

Have had my 365 XL fir over a year CCW.. I have but many rounds down range and have had no stoppage or malfunctions with just about every grade of 9mm you can by . Gun is very accurate and you will love the flat trigger .

Quality product. Lightweight. Easy to carry. 500+ rounds through the gun without any failures using good ammo and cheap reloads.

Best modern handgun

I've always loved mid-sized guns like the High Power, LW Commander, or Glock 19 sized polymer pistols. The good ones shoot well. Smaller guns usually recoil alot and are not much fun to shoot at the range. The 365XL is just the right size, with 12+1 capacity. It's super easy to carry and you are fully ready to defend yourself. If you shoot BUG gun matches, you'll dominate with the 365XL. Yes, mine failed to go into battery sometimes during the first 150 rounds. Between 150 and 2000 rounds, it has not had any kind of failure. It cycles +P and subsonics without a problem. I'm getting at least one more. One is none, two is one.

Solid

I've run 600 rounds of Win NATO 124gr & Federal HST through it the weekend I got it and had NO issues. However, my wife ran 1 mag through it and had a single failure to go into battery - take that for what it is. For me, It's been solid 100% of the time.

Fails to go into battery

Fails to go into battery. Slide is hard to rack while holding trigger while dry firing and practicing trigger resets. Came from the factory with several scratches and burs on grip polymer and barrel. Attempted to "break in" the gun with a few hundred rounds of different brands and sizes, and even racked the slide for an hour. Made sure to clean and lube heavy between every 100 rounds. I even tried to debunk the "limp wrist" as a potential cause. All of the above did not fix the fail to return to battery occurring at least every 3rd round. First and last Sig. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
