Could not get it to stay on.
I used the required loctite and torqued to spec but could not get this to stay tight. The lock screws are tiny. I have two different comps on other Glocks which I would recommend over this.

Not worth it.
Didn't work at all with 115 grain ammo. I had issues almost every round I fired. You may have better luck with 124 grain and up. I didn't notice any difference when it did actually work.
