Pricey, but works!
First off, it's a charging handle. The priority is fitment and strength, and after that, ergonomics. This fits. It's made well, and is more durable than most milspec handles I have installed. The finish will wear with use. The machining is clean, as you can expect from geissele. As far as ergonomics, that is a preference issue. Personally, this particular handle works well. I compare it favorably to BCM's Gunfighters, Radian Raptors, and Strike Industries, albeit at a higher price point than any of those. What you are paying extra for is the 'feel', and this one personally feels great. The major difference between this model and the geissele Super is the width of the 'ears', this one is a bit slimmer in profile. It tends to not dig into my back or chest as much when the rifle is slung up, but is still large enough to get gloved fingers on there easily.
