Great quality product and very easy to use. Makes timing muzzle devices efficient (saves time) and prevents over-torque (ruins accuracy) to get the device properly timed. Very affordable and you can get individual sizes as need.
Made Me A Believer
I didn't quite get it when I ordered them, but the instructions are super simple and intuitive. Two attempts in about 10 minutes, and I got my comp torqued. That's compared to 30 minutes with some spare AAC shims to get kinda close. I was worried it would look bad or cheap on my stainless barrel and comp, but it's hardly noticeable. Might try to polish it, since the shim is stainless.
Great Product
the guy that invented these deservs a raise. such a simple concept but work wonders when installing a comp. Always get the right torque everytime, and never have to worry about changing accuracy.

Was not sure about these washers when I saw them online...I was proven wrong! These are awesome! Super easy to install! Easier to use than crush washers! Will purchase these from now on when installing flash hiders, comps, and brakes!
Good product but may need fitting
I would buy these again, now that I figured out how to install them. My barrel had a slight bump at the end of the threading, which in all honestly is probably better than an undercut behind the threads. I barrel will be stronger for the heat that will be generated in this area. I used a Dremel tool with a small grinder bit to add a chamfer to both ID sides of a washer and it worked well and the washer seated flat to the barrel end. I probably only needed to bevel one end of the washer but did two. Next time I will only do one side. I also tried using the Dremel to grind the ID of the washer slightly larger but after working on one washer and increasing that OD by @ .010" and it still didn't fit, I knew that was not the problem. Originally, I used a toolmakers chamfer tool to chamfer the inside edges of the washers and that did not make the washers fit flat. I thought it would be enough, but it was not. My original inclination was to add a bevel to the ID but I had to step through the process to prove it. I will use these again.
Needs work
The way they are marked for thickness hash marks on outside leaves an undesirable appearance. And if your barrel threads have a relief cut at the shoulder it will offset out of center. If you clean this up it is just as easy to time and index buy moving one shoulder or the other.
Good idea, but there's a problem
This system is a good idea. However, there is a serious problem. Most of my barrels (and most I've ever seen) have a small radius on the shoulder where the accu-washer needs to seat. The inner diameter of the accu-washers is too small to account for this. In order to work properly, the accu-washers need to be be beveled on one side of the inner diameter. This kind of defeats the purpose of an easy install, so I can't recommend these.
