9" HAVOC 37MM FLARE LAUNCHER

9" HAVOC 37MM FLARE LAUNCHER Reviews & Ratings

SPIKE’S TACTICAL 9" HAVOC 37MM FLARE LAUNCHER

Breech-loading 37mm flare launcher clamps securely to the bottom rail of any 7" or longer Picatinny handguard. Lets you use 5¾" U.S. Coast Guard approved flare, smoke, or gas rounds for field operations or training. A single push of the button quickly opens the launcher to remove a spent round and insert a fresh cartridge. STZ pushbutton cylindrical breech lock is far stronger than lever locks typically used on this type of launcher. 9" Launcher has pivoting tube that swings to the side for loading.

Kaos Stock Systems allow you to take your existing rail mounted Havoc Launcher and turn it into a stand-alone weapon system. It is compatible with most aftermarket AR-15 stocks, latch plates & pistol grips. Kaos Stock System features a ST M4 Stock as well as Mil-Spec A2 pistol grip, 1913 Picatinny Top Rail, Buffer Tube, Latch Plate, and Castle Nut.

Design Issues
70%
A significant number of reviews point out various design flaws, including a cumbersome breech mechanism, unclear instructions, and a less effective mounting system that leads to wobbling. These design issues have led some users to question the product's reliability and functionality in a practical setting.
Fun and Novelty
50%
Reviewers often refer to the launcher as a fun novelty item, particularly for those looking to explore the use of flares and smoke rounds without the complexities of an actual grenade launcher. This theme highlights how users view the product as an enjoyable addition to their shooting experiences.
Mounting Concerns

It looks cool... Even when mounted properly there phone tech said, wobble is normal. Also if you reposition the mounting screws to the outer slots, you run the risk of the forward screw loosening making it not function. Meaning you can't put it in battery, or remove it off your rail. A paper weight foregrip is not worth it. It's a pain to get off.
