One-piece, MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail allows mounting a variety of optics and tactical sights on popular Mossberg, Remington, and Benelli shotguns. Streamlined, low profile design installs to the top of the receiver for a smooth “built-in” appearance. Four slotted flat head screws and washers secure rail to receiver for exceptional holding power. Precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, then mil-spec Type III hardcoat anodized for added strength. Fits shotguns with factory drilled and tapped receivers or receivers custom that require drilling and tapping for appropriate threads.

Drop-in fit on M2 Tactical; can also be installed on round-top M1 after drilling and tapping receiver. Comes with 4 slotted flat head screws and 4 washers.

Works as advertised

Not much to it, a rail and 4 screws. I bought this knowing I would have to tap the receiver of my 870 to mount it. The rail looks good on the receiver and holds my Aimpoint in place. The hardest part of the install was finding the tap (my snapon set didn't have it) and making sure that the rail is straight. It required fitting on my gun since it wasn't tapped from the factory. Overall, recommend.
