Worthless tool
Watching the video of this being used it seems like a great idea. However it does not push the pin high enough into the receiver to get the pin out. Also its way over priced for what it is. Had they changed the grind angle on the hex key it might have worked as intended.

Didn't work
Unfortunately I don't know if it was the way the tool was cut or what it seemed perfectly normal but it did not remove the rear takedown pen in my ar9 the same size pens as any AR-15

Save your money
Its an allen wrench with the tip ground off. I have tons of these little allen wrenches. But i thought hey lets take a gamble that its something better. Imagine my aggravation when what shows up but a freaking allen wrench. And whats more, it didnt even have the tip ground down. It literally was an allen wrench that comes with safeties and other parts. For $7!! I would semd it back but by the time i shipped it back i would be $12-14 invested in a allen wrench. Im pissed. Good con Brownells. Thanks for nothing. I took pictures but the review wont let me upload them for some reason.

No go
The point was too rounded and not wide enough it seems, and I couldn’t get the pins loose. Great concept though, I might have just gotten a bad one. Ended up using a small flat screw driver and it was pretty easy to do

received incomplete tool
This is technically a small hex wrench that has been shaved at an angle in order to take down the rear pin. i received the hex wrench before it was shaved kinda defeating the purpose of the tool. i will not be able to take out my rear take down pin with a regular hex wrench. I guess im just going to either buy another or shave this one down.
