Originally bought a bear creek upper..
Complete garbage, 6 inch groups at 100 yds. Changed to the 24" barrel and only kept the bear creek bolt carrier and side charging upper. Now i can shoot 10 round 1 inch groups at 100 and yesterday hit a milk jug at 520 yds with hornady sst 123 gn

My most accurate barrel
Great barrel. I have the 24" length and get 5/8" groups at 100 yards. The fitment with the upper reciever was tight, but not too much of a problem.
Pleased with my purchase
I have put approximately 150 rounds downrange so far and accuracy appears good with factory ammo (Hornady Black 123gr ELD-M ). No stuck cases. Everything fed and cycled well. The included bolt was stiff but limbered up well after the first 3 rounds. Overall, I recommend the 24" barrel and bolt as a good investment for the money. I will try to update this after i have worked on some hand loads.
Tac Driver
I went back and forth on getting the 20" or 24" barrel. Im glad I went with the 20" barrel. Its long, but not overly long. Ive only put about 100 rounds through the barrel to break it in and sight in the scope. Im working to develop a load that this barrel really likes. In the mean time its still shooting sub MOA groups at 100 yards.
Incredible accuracy
I have two of these barrels. After using the 24" barrel, I bought an 18" (review forthcoming). Install was uneventful. Installed on a BCM 2nd's upper receiver w BCM lower and a 14" BCM hand guard. Accuracy right out of the box is outstanding. I require accuracy from my guns, or loose faith in them. This one consistently puts 5 rounds in .75" group and 3 rounds in .5" group with factory Hornady 123 gr ammo. (only ammo I have tried). I have taken 4 antelope with this gun with excellent results. I have grown to be a huge 6.5 Grendel fan. Rounds exit and rounds chronograph only a tiny bit slower than my 6.5 Creedmore with 142 gr bullets. I am using a Saker can on this gun, so the ammo gets very dirty after a few rounds, as well as the rifle itself. I read the other review of rounds sticking in the chamber. I had no issues in either of these barrels with sticky rounds, even with dirty rounds and a dirty chamber.
Good looks, great accuracy
Very well finished exterior that mic'ed to correct specs. Fit and finish is very good. Great accuracy with Hornady SST ammo. Still shot Wolf to around 2 moa. Seems to clean up easy with little scrubbing. Highly recommend. On the heavy side, but that's how you get consistent groups.
24 inch Grendel
Shipping was spot on, the barrel came in 4 days. It shoots great and is already a big improvement over my 20 inch BC barrel.
Awful quality control
Muzzle threads were bad, my device actually got stuck on there after about 1/4 of the way threading it on and it was a total slog to get it back off. Shame as it looks good and was great value...well I guess it wasn't great value in the end.
