Modular gas block
The modular gas block was advertised to make my AR 15 where it would match up with the rail to put a sight, it did not I called the tech line and the boy working the phones did not have a clue so I have since given up on a alternative

Modular gas block
The modular gas block lug components screws stripped out with a 1/4 turn with no effort. The screws are also super short and only have a couple of threads of engagement.

0 stars wasnt an option.
A: came with only one set screw. B: internal of block was not machined flush, had to file down 2 poorly finished holes to get it to fit the gas block shoulder. C: is not level with the Piccatiny rail of the upper receiver. D: no mention of being lower than receiver height in description. Overall Im unclear why this even exists. Best conclusion is to mount a laser just low enough to not interfere with a sight with no riser. Uncertain it could even do that.

Fit and Finish are poor
the Burs from threading were not removed prior to finishing and the Gas Blocks did not fit on the Barrel until i had to polish them out and then refinish If there was not such a shortage I would have returned them

great design, poor materials
I purchased this gas block to attach a scope and a tripod to an m-4. the unit uses 2 10-32 screws to hold the 3 picatinny rails in place to the body of the gas block. i installed the screws with a drop of lock tight.i attached a tripod to the lower rail and away i went to the range. i cycled 200 rounds and looked down there was one of the hex head screws sitting on the deck. it had stripped out and took the soft aluminium threads with it. cant be tapped out and re-threaded. this was a poor value. the cost and installation of the unit. i just purchased a different unit plus that installation. disappointed.
