Ears broke off after about 6k rounds
Somewhat great item but it had issues where if I didn't slap it like a pack of smokes after loading the first 5 rounds, the second to last round will consistently cause a jam. I had about 6k rounds through the magazine before the ears that hold the rounds in snapped off. The left one snapped off but the right one appears to be in good condition. I didn't really abused it but just shot a lot at the range. Last night the jam occurred where multiple rounds jumped out and jammed up the action. Then I looked closer and saw the ear snapped off. When I tried to load rounds it came out like popcorn all over. Luckily I had a spare mag so I didn't have to leave. Overall I do recommend this magazine. It looks cool and you can bench shoot without much problems. I have 1 more of these magazines and plan to use it until it breaks before I move back to my aluminum usgi mags. I think the aluminum ones tend to last longer as I never had the ears snap. But overall the waffle pattern looks really cool.
