A1 grip dosen't fit 2021 purchase
I bought 3 of the black A1 retro pistol grips back in 2021 and saved for future retro builds. As of March 2022 I tried to install all 3 (three) on any of my lowers and none of them fit properly and won't center on the grip post. The grip size is correct and finish is good but I guess I need to source A1 pistol grips somewhere else. These will be returned. I borrowed a picture from another customer with the same problem identical to mine.
Did not fit properly.
The grip was not square where it mates with the lower reciever, and as a result there was a large wedge shaped gap at the rear of the grip, not good. Also the detent spring channel is far too shallow. It's on back order and will try another when it is back instock.
