This one is a winner!

The ATN X-Sight 4K Pro 3-14x impressed me with its long battery life. You can easily get more than 10 hours of battery life with this thing. It also has the option to connect to an app called Obsidian 4 where you can control the whole scope right from your phone. This thing is really worth the money. Coyotes have absolutely no chance of getting away now!

Pro Pro

I've been hunting for over 30 years using nothing but traditional glass scopes, so picking up the X-Sight 4K Pro 3-14x was a bit of a leap for me. Took some time at the bench to figure out the buttons and get it zeroed, but once I did, using it out in the field came easier than I expected. The Obsidian app isn’t necessary for operation, but it’s handy for reviewing footage and making a few changes without messing with the scope in the moment.

X-Sight 4k

I got my ATN X-Sight 4k in this super cool mossy oak wrap on it a couple months ago. It's been super easy to use making hunting and target shooting so fun. I have mine with ATN's ABL laser range finder attachment on it which communicates with my scope and AUTOMATICALLY adjusts my reticle. It's the coolest thing every! Highly recommend to anyone interested in a day and night ir scope.

Best scope I've ever had

I also enjoy the recoil video and taking pictures from the scope. The battery life is amazing. All night without charging and the battery is still alive. 1000%. Just an awesome scope!!

ATN needs to take care of the minor gliches and or provided on site solutions!

This is a scope you need to setup and use prior to actual use. The u-tube videos that ATN offers are ok...but they are lacking in some important aspects. Specifically the ‘What ifs!” A large number of owners, me included, have issues with the internal compass locking in the “N” direction. No solution is provided any where in the web site or manual. Instructions as to how to calibrate and what to do with the “ERR” message, but nothing about the compass locking in the “N” direction. A number of solutions are found on an online search, but if this is common; Provide a solution. A solution that solved my problem, was to place the scope on a table and turn the scope a dozen times in a counter-clockwise direction. Did not work for all readers. In addition the uploading of the current software should be the 1st item in the manual. With the caveat that if the scope is already loaded with the current software…DONOT upload again. IT WILL lock up the scope. When this happened with me the ATN solution was to return the scope to the manufacture! So much for my upcoming hunt! But this was the wrong answer. The solution is to just reboot the scope (Hold on button for 30 sec) and it reboots to the default settings. Overall (minus the issues above, thus the 4 stars) I am impressed with the clarity of this civilian IR scope and it's many software accessories that enhance the usability of the scope. The use of the included IR light is ok...I would opt for a more powerful versions available elsewhere.

Bang for your Buck

Great value, easy to set up and Zero. I love it in the day or night mode.

it's alright

It works, but: it is extremely heavy. It also frequently locks up, despite being on the latest firmware. It also has not been very cold, 50-60F when I've been using it. When that happens I need to hold the power button for 20s before it shuts off then turn it back on again. The compass has never worked despite troubleshooting. Most concerning is I've submitted a support request and never received a response. But it's too late to return. I should have bought the Pard instead. The magnification is way too high, and FOV very narrow. Don't expect to use this for pests at much less than 40yds. It's like looking through a paper towel tube. I really wish they made a 1x even 2x would be better. The higher magnification are garbage esp at night. Also just from a practical standpoint, if there is anything in the foreground - brush, small trees etc it is nearly impossible to see past it bc it is illuminated very bright. If you live/ hunt across open fields you're fine but in the woods or around any brush, forget it. Battery life is very good. Actually the batteries that come with the illuminator died quickly, but it's been good since I put better batteries in it.

Only good to 50 yards

Caution.....check every before buy!! I made the mistake of buying a 3-14 X-Sight pro and it is a piece of crap. You ca not see a 30 caliber hole in a piece of paper at 100 yards so you cant zero the reticle the way the instruction say. I would say it is a good 50 yard scope. All they offer is a trade in on a newer version. Like they say - Screw me once shame on you...... Screw me twice shame on me!!!!! So make sure you ask a lot of questions and know what the return options are before you spend you hard earned money on a Chinese made optic. The optic looks impressive - but does it work?????
