if you use a 7/32 chainsaw file tile put a slight taper where the bullet feeds up out of the mag. it helps a lot. i was still having problems with FTF i milled a 1/2x1 3/8 window in the top of the slide to reduce mass. it works nice with a variety of ammo now. looks good too!

Works great the first time.

I received mine in the mail today. After lubing it per the instructions it fired flawlessly using my YHM Mite suppressor and CCI Mini-Mags.

Honest Review

Works alright with high velocity ammo. 85% reliable. After modifications to glock frame, far less reliable. Ordered inexpensive completed SCT frame for 22 conversion slide & seems to work pretty well. Still about 85 to 90% reliable. Definitely better 22lr pistols out there for the price. Glock 44 is about the same reliability. Until I installed trigger spring kit, now glock 44 is 97% reliable. But doesn't feel anything like a full size glock, mostly because of massive weight difference. So this conversion feels almost exactly like your full size glock, except for recoil. Great for training. But it all depends on what goal, your circumstances require.
