Heavy duty bi-pod

I use have used this Bi-pod for three years now. Mostly for long range hunting. It is a not a cheap option But i have very little regrets in buying it . Yes it is very versatile yes it is sturdy and well manufactured as you can expect from the price you pay . but yes it is also very bulky and very heavy for a by-pod . After all is said and done if you are going to carry your rifle then it will be a very good choice .....if you have to carry your rifle on foot up mountains like me ...well i lighter version would assist to lower overall weight

Great design badly put together

Definitely a step up from the generic rubbish on the market. It provides a terrifically steady platform for long shots. Here in NZ on pest control the bipod has proved its worth on a .223 Rem. The ability to widen the stance of the legs to lower the aim ponit is a huge plus. The biggest negative is that it just falls to bits with screws and knobs constantly loosening off. When shooting 200-300 rounds a day this is a major hassle. The cant control also loosens off making rifle control difficult. Overall there is a lot of slop or racing clearance between the components which means it's noisy when carring. When in use this looseness is not apparent. The bipod should be sold with the bottle of loctite.
