The best Extended Mag Release
I have tried many extended mag releases and this is the best. For me it works perfectly with my hand.

This one
I'm not worldly in the conversation of extended mag catches but I'm really impressed with this add on. Not a big add on person. Definitely going to grab one for my other Gen. 4 on my next order.

Great if your thumb is a tad short
Small amount of fitting required. A little time with different tooth size files. The lip on the back side was slightly too long to allow the release to reset completely after dropping or inserting a magazine. Just enough resistance for the spring not to be able to fully reset on it's own. The extra length of the release didn't cause any unintentional magazine releasing with the holsters I tried (Tucker Gun Leather Secret Strike, Suarez Archangel v3, Blackhawk CQC). With my stubby thumb I had to reverse the stock magazine release and use my index finger. With this I didn't need to retrain magazine releases when using a Glock.

Def more purchase than OEM
Installation was a breeze and I definitely have a better purchase on mag releases. The texture can be a little sharp on your thumb and may need some smoothing. The mag release felt tight pushing in and out so I took some swipes off the top (the side with the Ghost label) with sandpaper for a smoother press. I'm hoping it'll work in better with more use.

Avoid
I bought this an found that is was oversized which caused the magazines to stick in the magwell instead of dropping free. I also had to push it back into the frame to get it to hold the magazines in place. I reinstalled the factory catch.
