SW LE screwdriver and bit set
So far so good! I also bought the Winchester/Rossi 92 bits. They will actually work in a number of other guns!

Works as intended
I used this set for a model 65-3 revolver. It worked just fine. I had read on a forum that the 120-4 was a better fit for one of the screws, so I bought it separately. It wasn't actually a better fit for any of the screws on my revolver. The bits fit good, not perfectly snug, but good enough not to damage the screws. My only complaint is with the way the bits fit into the screwdriver. There's a piece of metal inside the head that you snap the bits into. I would have much rather had a magnet to hold them into place, but there's no option for that with the S&W set. I see you can do it with the bigger set. The bits are a bit difficult to get in and out. A magnet would have been much more convenient.

Handy to Pack
I am a Handgun Instructor with a focus on Revolvers. Since S&W dominates that market of working guns. These are great to have on hand for Revolver Operator classes. Inexpensive and high-quality seem to go hand-in-hand with Brownells Products. I liked them enough ti make a video and post it to my Youtube Channel.

great for plate screws
These are what you need for s&w plate screws. I got them for replacements. Taper ends at the end and they will bend if you put too much torque on them so it doesn't break and or slip and you scratch your gun.

The right tool for the right job
Works perfect! Who cares about the non-hollow handle, I just keep the bits in the included bit bag and rubber band them around the handle. The screwdriver is a perfect functional fit for all my S&W revolvers.

The screwdriver is a perfect functional fit for all my S&W revolvers. ( I see so many negative reviews having to do with packaging, or other things that have nothing to do with why you purchased the item in the first place. Please try to keep your reviews on the real subject).

Fast and furious
Amazed at how fast these got to me. Less than two days. Very good. Perfect set of points for what I need which is adjusting sites, removing screws from the side plates and trying different stocks for my revolvers. An excellent product. They got here fast and I used them furiously.

Great set
I purchased the bit set only. They appear well made and I like the service Brownells provides.

Useful
This is an excellent tool BUT you need to know what you're buying. The handle is not hollow, so there's no storage for the spare bits in the tool. The bits are retained by a CLIP, not a magnet. This makes them very secure but a little more difficult to remove from the shank. The shank protrudes from the handle by 1 3/4".The plastic handle is full sized (about 3 3/4" long) The overall size of the tool is roughly 5 1/2" and is a very useful size. The bits are hollow ground and have extended shanks. The supplied bits are the correct sizes for S&W side plate and strain screws.

So Far So Good
I bought this S&W bit set to fit my three J Frames (340PD, 60-10 3", and original model 36), and an N Frame 629 Mountain Gun. I read on a review that this set does not fit J Frames, so I contacted the Brownell expert via chat, and he assured me he uses them on his J Frames with success. I gave it a try, and am pleased to see the drivers fit all the screws on all of my S&Ws with the most important being the side plates. As far as quality, time will tell when I put them to the test. I gave them a 4 instead of a five only because I can not attest to the quality yet.
