Good but not great,

I gave these grips 3 stars primarily because the grips, while they went on without problem, did not fit my K frame like I expected. There was a large gap where the grips come together behind the trigger guard and the grips were not large enough to totally cover the left and right outside edges of the backstrap. This gave the grips a undersized, sloppy look. For the price, however, they are adequate, but just barely.

Choose something else if you can

I'd say they are "ok". The fit to the frame isn't perfect. It'll require some sanding. They work, but I'd rather use the factory grips vs. these. My thoughts are to pick something different if you can afford to do so.

Get what you pay for

I bought one of each of these 4 styles for a S&W 642 to compare. I returned them all. Two had gaps between grip and frame that would have caused issues. All had unsightly gaps at the bottom of the frame. Might be acceptable for low-volume shooting. I liked the grip surface texture.
