Truly Ambidextrous, Love It
Nice snug fit with no rattle, so you'll definitely want to lube the channel. Holds firmly, but a good tug on either side gets it free. Put some grease on the springs on the sides, and it will have no problem seating fully when you let it fly. If you want it for suppressed, full auto, or short barrel use, you may want to get the ISO-latch for it.

Way Cool
Awesome setup with perfect fitment
My favorite charging handle
I ordered this a long time ago; left on the packaging and put with my spare parts after looking over as I wasnt impressed initially and I falsely deduced that the latching was mediocre and this looked somewhat fragile. Then more recently I built an ultralight upper and threw this in as I already had it. Boy was I surprised! This thing is not only light and trim, but it has excellent grasping facilitated by the lack of a pivoting latch, which allows more finger surface per inch than traditional designs. Upon even closer examination of the latching system, I am now very impressed with this and wish I had tried it earlier and bought several of these rather than more expensive and heavier ones. The black wears better than FDE which is a burnt bronze (with a metallic sheen to it). I got black since and continue to preger it to their FDE. Mine has stayed put during shooting despite the fine print in Strikes overly careful description. Recommend definitely!
Simple
Feels good, smoother operation, no grinding, good for lefty's
Surprising!

The FDE is much more like burnt bronze with a metallic sheen to it, so I will probably get black next time, but I will undoubtably buy more of these! Very impressive
I have used nothing but BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 for years so I really didn't know what to expect from this charging handle. I am very pleased and will probably use this model for all my builds.
FDE? More like Burnt Bronze...
So got this today and can say its color is NOTHING like Magpul FDE, more like Giselle Burnt Bronze, but on the plus side goes well with my Burris XTR2 "FDE" scope, so based upon its solid Strike Industries design is a keeper nonetheless
Nice
Nice to have ambidextrous with almost no moving parts besides the internal spring latch. The ears feel small and lack thickness so i added Strike's polymer ISO latch (via their website). Also works better than the single side extension tabs IMO. Gave it just the right size and helps seal off any gas.
Ni
Great charging handle looks great does the job, fitted excellent.
